The Story Of Mulligan Heating

Mulligan Heating Inc. has been in the Heating and Cooling business since 1955  when it was founded by Kirwan Mulligan in Union Lake, Michigan. At that time, it was a one-man operation. Over the next decade and a half, the company prospered and in 1971 moved to the current location in White Lake, Michigan. Kirwan’s two sons, Mike and Pat went on to take over the family business in 1978 and would run it for the next 40 years. During their ownership, the business grew and expanded to service much of Southeast Michigan. In November of 2018, the company was passed on to Jason Mulligan, a third generation owner and longtime employee, Edward Rhue. Currently the company has many skilled and certified installers and service technicians, along with friendly office staff to accommodate all of our customers needs. 

Over the years, and various owners, the core values that Mulligan Heating Inc. was founded on have remained true. Mulligan Heating continues to offer dependable services at reasonable prices to ensure every customers’ HVAC needs are met regardless of the size or scope of the job.
